His Word is Truth

Unadulterated Biblical Truth

Grace doesn't abolish the Law of  YHWH

Great misconceptions over the word "grace" have risen.
 These misconceptions are a large foundation for many lawless doctrines.

Men are throwing the word "grace" around as if it's an excuse to
get away with ignoring the scriptures and the words of
YHWH, and the words of Yahushua, as if "grace" now enables us to freely hate YHWH and not love him.

They're using it almost as if it is a "get out of jail free card" with unlimited use, and that they can commit wrongs as freely as they wish, and then just flash their "get out of jail free card" when the authorities come for them because of that wrong, and be released from all responsibility of that wrong and be taken off the hook.

They also even may teach that "get ouf of jail free card" nonsense as being one of the good parts of the gospel and new covenant, when their "gospel" is a false gospel of the satan and not rooted in the truth.

Grace is NOT a license to sin!

It seems that few people are using the word grace in its true context with its correct meaning, and they're applying whatever meaning they want to this word based on the false teachings, and not what is really said in the Bible.

The meaning of the English word grace is;

Grace
- favor, goodwill, kindness, kindliness, love, loving kindness

Let me give an example of graciousness,
 Let's say you're selling an item and a person needs that item, but they have come up a little short of the exact price, you can be gracious to them and instead give it to them for what they have.
 Another example, someone does a wrong to you but they're sorry, and you have the power to cause them distress for that wrong they did, but you instead decide to be gracious and forgive them, and show mercy.

You can think of such an act as loving kindness.

Also some Bible translations butcher Hebrew words that have a meaning that doesn't translate exactly to English, yet they just use a more neutral meaning word such as kindness instead of loving kindness.

Also despite popular belief,
grace is not a new thing that has only come about in the "new testament".

Grace is mentioned in the "old testament" more times than in the "new testament"!

YHWH has always been exceedingly gracious, and we learn this beautiful trait of his from reading the scriptures.
 YHWH has shown us much loving kindness, and much that we may take for granted.

If YHWH was not gracious, then we would all likely be long gone and possibly never had the chance to even exist because our ancestors may have been wicked.

YHWH shows loving kindness to those who love him and keep his commandments;
Exodus 20:6 "And showing loving kindness to thousands of them that love me and keep my commandments"

Deuteronomy 5:10 "And showing loving kindness to thousands of them that love me and keep my commandments"

When the topic of keeping a commandment of
YHWH comes up, I commonly see people repeating that they are saved by grace as a response, they give that response and do not consider what was shared about the commandment.
 They're implying they do not need to worry about or do any commandment to be saved, and they're falsely understanding grace to be something that is unconditional.

Grace is easily shown to be conditional with countless scriptures, and points.

1st off, if these people will admit that there is anything at all they must do, anything, such as not murder or any sort of action, then you can say to them, then you are not saved only by grace then if you have to do that thing then, right?
 They would contradict their own doctrine if they admit such, and show that there is indeed more to it than they're claiming, and they're by themselves picking and choosing what they want.

If it is true that we must do certain things still even though grace saves us, then that would agree with the fact we need to listen and obey, and learn, not just refuse to listen to the scriptures and repeat that you don't have to do anything or care about anything.

This can be a useful method of waking up a sleeping person to the fact we are saved by the grace of YHWH, but we of course must continue obeying YHWH and his commandments and his Messiah.

If we do not follow the word, and do our best with a sincere heart, we no longer have his grace on us.
 YHWH shares many things stating that, and warning us to return to him and obey him.
 A large part of the old testament is about how YHWH will punish those who turn away from him, and it shows he is gracious enough to give them multiple chances, but then after so long it is too late, and judgment falls on them.
 The Apostle Paul in the new testament tells us the same thing, that continuing in sin outrages the spirit of grace.

Here is something Yahushua said, people who hold to the false teachings about grace are ignoring his words;

John 3:36 "Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life, whoever does not obey the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of Elohim remains on him"

The false teachings concerning grace should be obvious lies, and  doctrine of the satan, since it teaches you are saved and have to do nothing, leading you to have no self control and freely live out your life however you see fit and desire, chasing vanities of the world day in and day out..

When bringing to attention that one is not automatically saved by grace and free to do whatever they want, some who have been stuck in the false teachings for so long and have not seen the scriptures in any other "light"(in quotation because if you come to the true light, you will see), may think some sort of contradiction is in the Bible then, such as from the words of Paul.
(I cover misunderstanding Paul on it's own page if you haven't seen it yet)

However there is not a contradiction in the scriptures, it is only a misunderstanding on the part of men who have not studied the Bible in full as they should.

We ARE saved only by grace in 1 context, but that doesn't mean we are only saved by grace in another context.
 You can't take 1 context and meaning somewhere, and then alter all of the scriptures and say they're wrong, you have to read everything in it's own context.

It is by the grace of the Father that we are saved, because we have sinned, we have all fallen short and there is no way for us to gain life through the law once we have sinned only once.

So that leaves us in a situation where we can't be saved by doing works because we've already failed at them, but only through the grace of YHWH and him forgiving us and giving us a way to be pardoned through Yahushua, are we able to live.

So YHWH has been gracious to us and pardoned our sins on us that result in death, and we are redeemed, he has done this through the new covenant, through the blood of his son Yahushua.

YHWH is very gracious, and we see this all through the bible.

However, there is a difference between continuing on after that point and intentional sinning without care, vs trying to do better and better and obey what is right, like a learning child being obedient to their Father but still being far from perfect.

Sin still results in death;

Paul;
Hebrews 10:26 "For if we go on sinning deliberately after receiving the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins, but a fearful expectation of judgment, and a fury of fire that will consume the opposers"

Paul here says that continuing in sin like that outrages the spirit of grace! Read this in context to understand those continuing in sin are trampling underfoot the son of Elohim;

Paul;
Hebrews 10:28 "Anyone who has set aside the law of Moses dies without mercy on the evidence of 2 or 3 witnesses.
How much worse punishment, do you think, will be deserved by the one who has trampled underfoot the son of Elohim, and has profaned the blood of the covenant by which he was sanctified, and has outraged the Spirit of grace?
For we know him who said, 'Vengeance is mine, I will repay', And again, 'YHWH will judge his people'.
It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living Elohim"

Now take to heart and realize it is indeed a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living Elohim, and no longer continue in disobedience, teaching a false gospel.

It's important to understand the contexts and not be 1 of the unlearned that twist the scriptures to their destruction.

2 Peter 3:15 "Even as our beloved brother Paul also according to the wisdom given unto him has written to you, as also in all of his letters, speaking in them of these things which are some hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable twist as they do also the other scriptures to their own destruction. You therefore beloved seeing you know these things before hand, beware for fear you also are led away with the error of the lawless and fall from your own steadfastness"

Let me share another example to you that may help you understand these things a little better.

Imagine you are caught speeding and get pulled over by a cop and are under the law, you have to go see a Judge for him to judge what is to be done with you.

When you go before that judge, you're saying you're sorry and that you do not want the punishment, but that you will turn away from breaking that law again so you do not come back under the law.

Now imagine that judge has mercy on you and decided to show graciousness to you, and let's you go free, you are now under grace, and pardoned for that offence.

Now imagine you go out from there, and then go directly back to breaking the law without care.

Then you are again caught and sent back before that same Judge.

That 2nd time the judge is going to treat you and the situation completely different.
 You showed that you was not worthy of his grace, and that you didn't really care about doing better, and that you would not turn away from breaking the law.

After that point, you should not expect to be shown the same grace again, and not expect to remain under grace, and not to remain in it simply because you was under grace at a previous time.
 But you can expect to be judged as one under the law.

Grace is not a license to sin.

When a judge has mercy on you like that and he pardons you for speeding, does that then mean you're free to go out from there and speed and break the law all that you want?

You should surely know grace is not a license to sin, yet men are teaching this is exactly how it works, and the congregations are not rebuking such teachers but instead accepting obvious lies.

Another version of this point;

If you are thankful and happy that you was shown grace by YHWH, then put it in your heart to be careful not to do wrong towards him again.
 You was dead, but he saved you. Be exceedingly joyous!
Do not repay him with evil!

Paul;
Romans 8:5 "For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit set their minds on the things of the Spirit. For to be 'of the flesh' minded is death, but to be 'spiritually' minded is life and peace because the 'of the flesh' mind is hostile against Elohim for it is not subject to the Law of Elohim, nor indeed can be"

Paul;
Romans 6:1 "What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin that grace may increase? Elohim forbid. We died to sin, how can we live in it any longer?"

Paul;
Romans 6:15 "What then? Shall we sin because we are not under the law but under grace? Elohim forbid. Don't you know that when you offer yourselves to someone to obey him as servants, you are servants to the one whom you obey, whether you are servants to sin, which leads to death, or to obedience, which leads to righteousness?"

Paul;
Romans 2:4 "Or do you presume on the riches of his kindness and forbearance and patience, not knowing that the kindness of Elohim is meant to lead you to repentance?"

You can receive the grace of Elohim in vain, contradicting many of the false teachings;

Paul;
2 Corinthians 6:1 "Working together with him, then, we appeal to you not to receive the grace of Elohim in vain"
